Could this be Appendicitis ..?

My stomach pain is getting worse. Now it's mostly my lower right abdomen and sometimes near belly on. It hurts to push down on the tender area and also hurts to exhale when i breathe. I'm also very nauseous, I had a low grade fever about an hour ago. i don't know what to do ? Is this my appendix ? I deffinitely know it's not anything to do with my period, gas, or to do with my female parts. My parents won't take me to the doctor they don't think it's necessary. Thanks :)
