I'm 5'9-5'10 and weigh somewhere around 165 lbs and probably have 15-20 percent body fat. My goal is to get a nice, toned body for this coming summer so I want to cut my body fat down in order to show muscle definition and of course, the six pack. The problem is that I want to maintain my muscle m so I that I'm muscular but cut...So how can I achieve this? If you could perhaps provide some type effective workout regimen and nutritional advice that would be great. Thank you!!
