How do i fix my airsoft ak47? it will not shoot bbs and i take out magazine they all fall out.?

ive tried to take it apart but i can find the solution. i dont know what brand it is but its full metal and the wood parts are plastic. when i fire it i have to hold the clip in or it wont feed. it is not a windup mag.
