I keep crying over this guy..what should i do?

Tonight I hung out with a group of my friends and the guy I like was there too. He came up to me and my friend and said hey to her and then looked at me and completely ignored me..I walked past him a couple times and every time he just stared at me and didn't smile or say hi or anything. Finally like 20 minutes later he tapped my arm and said hey and we did our handshake. I really like this guy and I feel like he doesn't like me back and it's killing me. Everytime I see him I get erflies and my heart feels so heavy. I am getting a job where he works and I'm afraid he'll quit or never talk to me if I start working there. I cry over him sometimes because I wish he liked me too :/ please tell me what I should do..and I'm seeing him again tomorrow night cause a group of friends is hanging out again. HELP!
