Please help! I have a debate this friday in American Gov. should the us divert 75% of the armed forces in Iraq?

To stabilize afghanistan.... I'm 4 it. but I have to go against it)= I dont have much back up though, just the cost.... I need more info though... dont want to look stupid...thanks 4 the help
