What do i do when i�ve missed 8 days of my pills?

im on vacation and my pills fell out of my purse on the plane. now im spotting but i am in El Salvador and can�t find my pills in any pharmacy. i�ve been on the same pills for almost 4 years and i don�t know if i should just continue with the same packet when i get home or just wait until i get my period again and start a new one????????? HELP!
