I only really know about modern football, but I've looked at the stats of older players like Sammy Baugh and Sid Luckman. These guys are legends, but their stats don't look too impressive by modern standards. I realize that it's easier to p in the league now, but what are the old standards? Was it more acceptable or even commonplace to have more interceptions than touchdowns? Was a rating of 80 equivalent to like 90 today?
