Help I need some ideas.?

I have some garlic cloves and I would like to cook them and spread them like soft cheese. First of all I don't know how, second I need to have an idea of what I could do with the soft cheese like garlic . Pls tell me how I can make the garlic into the soft cheese like state and what can I do with it. I only want small appetizer or side dish nothing too big.
