My sisters an alcoholic , who can I contact in Australia(for help) and how will they help her? eg. hotlines?

My sister is an alcoholic and is looking to give up she lives in Australia and is thinking of her options, obviously we can see a counsouler but what will they do to her her recovery? What other Australian places can she call please and how will they help her recovery?
